What are All-on-6?

All-on-6 dental treatment uses six implants throughout the mouth to attach multiple replacement teeth.

These teeth are permanent and do not fall or slip like dentures. They stay in place like your natural teeth and function just like them. Moreover, they don’t require bone grafting and are ideal for patients with low bone density in the jaw.

Types of All-on-6 Dental Implants

We offer three types of all-on-6 Dental implants in Sydney.

Metal Reinforced High Impact Acrylic

These are made of high-impact denture teeth and acrylic. They are one of the most affordable all-on-six options.

Titanium Reinforced Hybrid Lower Implant Supported Bridgework (Procera bridgework)

This is one of the most comfortable and durable bridge reinforced with a (CAD CAM) computer designed and milled bar. Its installation requires 3 months of initial implant integration and laboratory procedure.

Zirconia Based Porcelain Bridgework

This bridge is ideal for patients who want dental implants that have a more tactile feel of the tooth.

Procedure Process

Assessment – The process begins with a consultation and diagnostic session to ensure your treatment is catered towards your individualised needs.
Treatment – The treatment is usually performed under local anesthetic; at request, an anesthetist can also be in attendance. The surgery takes approximately 2 hours to fix implants to each jaw. Any extraction can be done at this time. Once the implants are fixed, temporary teeth will please above, so you don’t leave the clinic without functioning teeth. After a few weeks, you will be called to have your permanent teeth fixed.
Maintenance – You need to follow a maintenance protocol that will be customised as per your dental needs. The better you look after your implants, the longer they will last.
